JUNO are a Meanjin-based pop/rock duo fronted by bold and dynamic vocalist Kahlia Ferguson, alongside songwriter/producer/bassist Sam Woods. Since bursting onto the scene in 2021, JUNO have captured attention with their crisp, hook-laden anthems and magnetic live presence.

Working from their custom-built home studio, Kahlia and Sam began posting raw song ideas online and quickly gained traction. Their infectious songwriting and chemistry struck a chord, turning organic buzz into a loyal following and growing demand for releases and shows.

At the heart of JUNO is Kahlia’s commanding stage presence and fearless vocals, matched by Sam’s sharp, bold pop production. Last year their electric live set has seen them perform at major festivals like Wildlands and BIGSOUND, and support a stacked lineup of artists including girli (UK), Blu DeTiger (US), Peking Duk, Caity Baser (UK), Anna of the North (NO), Drax Project, Eves Karydas, Pacific Avenue, Cody Jon, Chloe Dadd, Selfish Sons, Adrian Dzvuke, and more.

In 2025, JUNO took home a Queensland Music Award (QMA) for best rnb song. With the release of their debut EP ‘pity party’, their first headline tour (and a sold-out show in Brisbane), and back-to-back UK tours with Drax Project and Lyric, 2025 is already shaping up to be a defining year for the duo. With a fast-growing cult following, JUNO are carving out a bold space in the Australian pop/rock scene.
